Do You Have A Complaint?

Allow the Marketing B.O.N.U.S Club to fully investigate this matter for you. Our club is focused on providing our members, sponsors, partners and team members with the best service possible.  Our compliance hotline allows you to report anonymous complaints so that we can monitor the operations of our club in a professional manner.  We value our members, partners, team members and others and anyone that feels they are being treated unethically, we want to know about it.

 

Complaint Process: 

Step 1:  Anyone can leave an anonymous complaint on our compliance hotline in regard to one of our club team members, members and or service.

Step 2:  Our club will investigate the compliant and work on a resolution process (Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for a full investigation)

Step 3:  You will be notified when our club has investigated the complaint.  (Due to our club's confidentiality policy, you will not be notified the details of our investigation.  However if you wish to be notified, we will notify you when we have resolved the complaint)
