GET YOUR TOOL KIT
Marketing B.O.N.U.S Club is searching for Account Managers to be a supporter of the club and our business members. Each Account Manager will receive a "Tool Kit" upon team acceptance. Inside the tool kit you will have the necessary business supplies to get you started selling memberships. All subsequent business supplies can be ordered using our "Business Office/Supply Store" tab.
BONUS Structure: Account Managers receive a 21% bonus structure based on his or her work performance. This means, a 21% monthly incentive is given to you based on the amount of members you obtain; and a bonus is given based on the sponsorships you obtain for an event. In addition to the Account Manager obtaining the accounts, he or she also manages those accounts and here's how:

Support your assigned member by being available to answer their questions

Help design their business web page on the network if your account would like you to

Update your assigned member on new club activity and encourage them to take part in our club events

Advocate for your account by providing some direct referral guidance

Get others to use your account(s) services by being an additional voice for them
When you are successful in the Account Management role, you can apply for our Achieve Program. The Achieve program allows you to become a "Senior Account Manager" where you can manage a team of your own and earn additional bonuses based on your team's quarterly membership performance.
